Senior Technical Lead - Project Manager
Candidates should have minimum 8 years of IT experience including experience in Object-Oriented technologies and in implementing Web-based applications.
Strong JAVA, J2EE skills with WebLogic / JBoss , OLAP, JDBC , SQL. Experience on EJB is mandatory.
Should be leading a minimum of 5-6 people team currently. Excellent verbal and written communication is essential.
Responsibilities: The Technical Lead will be handling the team size of 8-10 members
Work with Project Manager to come up with project estimates, plan and resource assignments.
Work with Architect and team to deliver high-level and detailed design.
Review team member’s implementation to ensure they follow the design and coding guidelines.
Perform functional code reviews & integration tests.
Work with developers to resolve their technical issues & mentor them.
Work with QA Lead to improve test plan.
Report work status to project manager.
Required Skills:
Ability to find patterns and structure in disparate software designs
Ability to explain complex architectures to developers
Ability to win trust/respect of developers to review/critique their work.
Ability to analyze complex systems to find opportunities for improvement (security, performance, maintainability)
