Overall strong experience with 4 years in building and managing teams (6 ) in a Software Product based environment
Hands-on with distributed teams
Plan, execute and deliver Products in rapid timeframes in a fast paced environment
Mentor and motivate Engineers by providing hands-on Management
Build a strong Product oriented team for high Quality Software Products
Translate Product requirements to feasible Engineering release plans
Architect, Design, Estimate and Code Reviews
Proficiency with a range of appropriate software tools

Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate Degree holder
Communication and Interpersonal skills
Technical Analytical Skills
Desire to own Products / Customers
Experience in complete Software Product lifecycle for product delivery
